Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all apps published by Jorge Hazael Anaya ("I," "me," or "my") on the App Store (each, an "App"). It is available at https://www.hazaelanaya.com/privacy and is referenced by each of my apps.

My privacy commitments

These principles apply to every App I publish:

• I never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

• I do not use third-party advertising networks or cross-app tracking, and my apps do not include advertising or tracking SDKs.

• I collect only what an App genuinely needs to function — and, as described below, most of my apps collect nothing at all.

• Any data an App handles is used solely to provide that App's features, not for profiling, marketing, or resale.

Apps that do not collect data

Unless an App's own App Store privacy details state otherwise, my apps do not collect any personal information. They have no user accounts, no sign-in, and do not transmit data to me or to any server. This is currently the case for all of my published apps.

Data stored on your device

Content and settings you create in an App (such as saved patterns, presets, preferences, and progress) are stored locally on your device using your operating system's standard storage. This data never leaves your device, is not accessible to me, and is removed when you delete the App.

Permissions an App may request

If an App needs access to a device feature (for example, the microphone, camera, or notifications), it will ask for your permission first. Such access is used only to provide that feature on your device and is not collected, stored remotely, or shared.

App-specific privacy details

Each App's data practices are summarized in its "App Privacy" section on its App Store product page, which is the authoritative, per-app source of truth. If a particular App collects or processes data beyond what this policy describes, that will be disclosed in the App and reflected in its App Store privacy details.

Children's privacy

My apps are suitable for all ages. Because they collect no personal information, they comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws. No information is collected from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of an App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
