A period-locked trace that holds steady while the sound moves. Cycle averaging keeps it readable; a graceful fallback handles noisy and polyphonic sources. Audio passes through untouched — no processing, no latency.

Made to be captured

One click records a .mov with the plug-in’s audio — ProRes 4444 with alpha for transparent backgrounds. A dedicated source window feeds Window Capture in streaming tools, and each instance offers its own Syphon output for live visual apps. Nothing extra to install.

FAQ

Where does Oscilinea show up?
In your DAW’s plug-in menu under Haza — as an Audio Unit in Logic Pro, GarageBand, and MainStage, or as a VST3 in other hosts. The standalone app lives in Applications.

Does it change my sound?
No. Audio passes straight through — no processing, no added latency, no tonal change. Oscilinea only listens and draws.

Does Oscilinea collect any data?
No. Oscilinea runs entirely on your Mac — no account, no tracking, no data collected.

What does it need to run?
macOS 11 (Big Sur) or later, on Apple silicon or Intel — the installer is universal, about 18 MB, and signed and notarized by Apple. Pick any combination of AU, VST3, and the standalone app when you install.
